- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
- 2 cups grapes *
- 1 cup sliced peaches *
- Blend the spinach, coconut water, and grapes until smooth.
- Add the peaches and blend again.
Advice:We recommend you toss aging spinach in the blender with a little water. Once blended, pour into ice cube trays and freeze. We use these as backup greens when we run out of fresh spinach.
