We want you to spend some time today giving thanks for the goodness and the challenges in your life. Yep, we’ve noticed that the more we practice gratitude, the more thankful and content we are with our circumstances, relationships, faith, bodies, and finances. We’ve had our fair share of struggles and hardships that were crushing. Yet whenever we come out of the other side of that dark tunnel, we find ourselves stronger and wiser than we were before. And for that, we are thankful.

Carrots are a sneaky way to add more veggies to your smoothie. Yet the health benefits are fabulous, thanks to their high dose of vitamin A, which keeps your skin, hair, and eyes lookin’ good.
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut water
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 1 cup strawberries *
- 1 cup chopped pineapple *
- Blend the spinach and coconut water until smooth.
- Add the carrot, strawberries, and pineapple and blend again.
Advice: Blender isn’t keen on blending root vegetables? Lightly steam the carrot the night before and store it in the fridge until you’re ready to blend. This will soften it up and give your smoothie a fabulous creamy texture.
